Community guidelines

Our theme is the good reply — witty, and never at someone's expense. These guidelines are also our removal criteria.

Don't

• Hurt people: harassment, strong insults, threats.
• Mock attributes: appearance, body, age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, disability, occupation. Make the joke about the situation instead.
• Target specific people: real people or incidents, or anyone identifiable.
• Share personal info: phone numbers, emails, addresses, social handles, URLs, real names.
• Encourage self-harm or suicide.
• Spam, impersonate, or inflate votes with multiple accounts or vote trading.
• Copy others' work from other services or social media and post it as yours.

Adult section

Light innuendo and risqué jokes can be posted as "adult". Adult posts are visible only to users who declared they're 18+ and turned adult content on. Even in the adult section, the following is not allowed:

• Explicit sexual descriptions or direct descriptions of genitals
• Any sexual content involving minors
• Non-consensual acts
• Sexual remarks about real or specific people, or sexual harassment
• Content demeaning sexual orientation or gender

Checks before posting

Posts go through an automatic rule-based check (hurtful words, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, URLs and similar). Adult wording is allowed only in the adult section. Unclear cases are held for review and visible only to you until we check them. If a post is rejected, we tell you why. Automatic checks can't read context, so please report anything that slips through.

Reports and removal

Report any prompt, reply or user from the "⋯" menu (once per item). After enough reports, items are hidden automatically and reviewed. We let reporters know the outcome. Repeated violations can lead to posting suspensions or account suspension.
